Before founding Lucid Loop, he served as SVP of Business Development and Strategy at Vapor IO, where he pioneered AI edge strategies and interconnection services that prioritized network integrity and real-time reliability.

Alan’s extensive background in infrastructure was shaped during his 16-year tenure at Crown Castle, where he rose to Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. During his time there, he managed over $6B in M&A activity and led the company’s transition into Edge Computing. This experience in managing complex, large-scale systems now serves as the blueprint for Lucid Loop’s approach to AI: engineering systems that are not just powerful, but audit-ready, secure, and built for long-term governance.
