John Meyer
​Chief Privacy Officer

John B. Meyer is the Chief Privacy Officer of Lucid Loop Technologies (LLT), where he leads the company’s data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity strategy. At LLT, John is responsible for ensuring that the company’s AI-driven solutions are built on a foundation of trust, compliance, and ethical data use. He oversees privacy-by-design initiatives, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management across LLT’s AI infrastructure, applications, and intelligent agent platforms.

With more than two decades of legal and executive leadership experience, John brings deep expertise in data protection, cyber risk, and regulatory strategy. Prior to joining Lucid Loop, he served as General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Zeem Solutions, where he led legal, HR, and policy teams supporting the company’s national EV infrastructure expansion. There, he developed and implemented a company-wide data privacy compliance framework, created scalable business continuity and incident response plans as part of Zeem’s overall data governance platform. 

Earlier, John spent over a decade at Crown Castle International, where he served as Associate General Counsel and acting Chief Privacy Officer. He led cross-functional teams on data governance, privacy compliance, and third-party risk management, and was instrumental in the company’s digital transformation and edge computing initiatives. He also served on Crown Castle’s Data Privacy Taskforce and represented the company in national cybersecurity working groups, including the CISA Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) initiative.

John holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from NYU’s School of Law and Tandon School of Engineering, and a JD from the University of Missouri. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for both the U.S. and Europe (CIPP/US, CIPP/E), and a frequent speaker on cybersecurity, privacy law, and board governance at national legal and technology conferences.
