Alan Bock is the Chief Operating Officer of Lucid Loop Technologies (LLT), where he helps organizations navigate and accelerate their journey into artificial intelligence. At LLT, Alan leads the company’s strategic direction and operations across three core service pillars: AI infrastructure, applications, and intelligent agents. He is focused on building scalable, accessible solutions that help clients turn complexity into clarity through transformative AI technologies.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Alan brings deep expertise in business strategy, M&A, and technology partnerships. Prior to Lucid Loop, he served as VP of Business Development and Strategy at Vapor IO, where he led go-to-market initiatives with major players like Comcast and Supermicro, and helped drive a significant increase in co-location and network services through innovative interconnection and AI edge strategies.

Earlier, Alan spent over 16 years at Crown Castle, rising to the role of Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. There, he managed over $6B in M&A activity, launched the company’s Edge Computing and Neutral Host initiatives, and helped reposition Crown Castle as a forward-looking infrastructure leader.
